We bid projects from as little as sketch or description of your idea. The turnaround time to produce a quote for the fabrication for your idea depends on the level of detail submitted for review. Larger projects may require additional time, especially if we need material quotes from our suppliers. If you are supplying materials, ENSO will assist you with material requirements so you can specify and order them accurately. We have broken down the process into three simple steps.
Step 1 - Preliminary Design and Proposal
Email us your specification details and drawings. If you need some inspiration, check out our Designs page for ideas. If everything is straightforward, we will turn around a proposal. If we have questions, we will contact you.
Step 2 – Shop Drawings and Approval
After you accept our proposal and provide a deposit, we will provide you detailed shop drawings for approval.
Step 3 – Fabrication and Delivery
After shop drawings are approved, fabrication begins. Lead time obviously depends on the size and complexity of the project as well as the number of projects currently in progress in our warehouse. We will discuss your specific lead time when the proposal has been processed.
Shipping Notes
Every project is assembled for fit check and verified prior to shipping. Upon completion, the deliverables will include; the finished product, boxing/crating, detailed installation and assembly instructions. ENSO meticulously packages projects so they arrive intact and are easy to install. This step may seem simple and insignificant; however, based on our experience, it can be the most critical. It is our job to organize and simplify the project so installers don’t skip a beat.
